By commissioning me you accept the terms and conditions below:
In General
The artwork commissioned will be for personal and non-commercial use.IF the client wishes to commission the artist for commercial use, The client and The Artist should negotiate on the TAT and Quota.You are not allowed to use the artwork for AI/NFTs.The artwork(/s) will be provided as PNG format through e-mail or GDrive.Turn Around Time will begin once the artist has informed the client that they have started working on the commission.The artist does not agree to rush orders.The artist will provide frequent updates to the client.
Payment
No reservations.refund will only be available, when the artist has stated that they cannot continue due to a medical condition or/ provided TAT cannot be met.refund will be based on percentage on how much of the work was done.The artist does not accept payments using crypto.Half payment first before the start of sketch, then latter payment when rendering begins.
Revisions
The client can have (2) free minor and major revisions afterwards the client will have to pay for any minor / major revisions afterwards.
Intellectual Property
The artist fully owns the copyright of any commissioned artwork.The artist will use the commissioned artwork for samples, portfolios, and post it on social media, if the client requests for the commission to be private, the artist still owns copyright but would not share it publicly.
